Information we collect
When you contact Next Level Paving, request a quote, or apply for work, we receive the information you provide. This can include your name, email address, telephone number, project location, requested service, project details, and application information or attachments you choose to submit.
Our hosting and form providers also receive technical information needed to deliver and secure their services, such as IP addresses, request times, browser information, and error logs. Please do not include passwords, payment card details, or government identification numbers in a quote request.
How we use information
We use inquiry information to respond to you, discuss project scope and scheduling, prepare estimates, provide requested services, and maintain business records. We use application information to review employment inquiries. Technical information helps us operate, maintain, and protect the website.
We use aggregate website visit and phone/quote-link click statistics to understand how people find the website and improve its usefulness. You can turn off this reporting without affecting access to the website or quote form.
Service providers and sharing
We use Jotform for quote and application forms, Vercel for website hosting and website analytics, and Sanity for project content and images. These providers process the information needed to perform their services. Contact and inquiry information may also be processed by communication providers used to respond to you.
We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information as required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a business transfer. Links to our sister companies lead to separate websites with their own privacy policies.
Analytics and your choices
We use cookieless traffic reporting without an automatic consent pop-up. You can turn this reporting off or on at any time using in the footer.
Vercel Web Analytics provides aggregate statistics about page visits, referring websites, approximate region, browser, operating system, and device type. It does not use analytics cookies or identify visitors across different websites. We also count clicks on phone links, quote buttons, and links that open the quote form. These clicks do not confirm a completed phone call or submitted quote. We remove URL query strings and fragments before sending page URLs and do not send clicked phone numbers, form answers, or contact details as analytics events. See Vercel’s analytics privacy information.
If you change your analytics settings, we store that preference in this browser for up to 180 days. We honor existing declines and Global Privacy Control signals. If browser storage is unavailable, reporting stays off. Clearing browser storage removes your preference. Turning reporting off stops future measurement; it does not delete information already collected.
Google Analytics and its cookie-based measurement have been removed from this website. We clear accessible cookies left by our earlier Google Analytics integration. We do not enable personalized advertising or remarketing tags. Necessary hosting and security processing continues so the website can function.
Embedded forms and external websites
Our embedded forms connect to Jotform when loaded and may use cookies or similar technologies for form delivery, security, and fraud prevention. Submissions go to the business through Jotform. These forms operate separately from our optional website analytics controls. Read the Jotform Privacy Policy for details.
You may contact us by telephone or email instead of using an online form. When you follow an external link, that website’s own privacy practices apply.
Retention and security
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, manage an ongoing business relationship, maintain appropriate business or employment records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. The appropriate period depends on the information and its purpose.
We use reasonable safeguards, but no method of online transmission or storage is completely secure. Our service providers may process information in the United States or other countries where they operate.
Privacy requests and rights
Depending on the law that applies to you and the business, you may have rights to access or obtain a copy of your personal information, correct inaccuracies, request deletion, or opt out of certain processing. Some information may need to be retained for legal or recordkeeping reasons.
To make a request, contact us using the details below and explain the information and action involved. We may need to verify your identity before providing or changing personal information. You do not need to create an account. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.
If we decline a request, you may contact us again to request an appeal and explain why you believe our decision should be reconsidered. We will explain our decision and follow any response and appeal deadlines required by applicable law. Texas residents can learn about their rights or submit a complaint through the Texas Attorney General.
Children and policy updates
This website is intended for business and employment inquiries and is not directed to children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information so we can review and address it.
We may update this policy as our practices or legal requirements change. The date above shows when this policy was last revised.
